Shipping Policy

After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 7 business days. We take extra precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it; however, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service handling.


Once the package has been delivered by the shipping carrier, the risk of damage or loss of the item is the responsibility of the recipient.

Standard shipping: Expect the package within 7 - 14 business days.

support@fenyxllc.com if you have not received your package within 14 business days of receiving your tracking number.

Fenyx ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund or resend the package.

Fenyx does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service.

Lost/Stolen Package:

Fenyx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
